Our Dedicated Team
At Everyday Matters, LLC, we take pride in building a team of compassionate, dedicated, and well-trained professionals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we serve. Our staff play an essential role in helping individuals develop communication skills, build emotional resilience, gain vocational training, and strengthen life skills that foster independence. Whether providing hands-on assistance with daily tasks or supporting individuals as they work toward personal goals, our team’s work is rewarding and impactful — and every team member contributes to creating a supportive, person-centered environment where each individual can thrive.
To ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism, all staff members undergo thorough background checks, including police record screenings, drug tests, and full background investigations. Employees must meet key qualifications, including holding a high school diploma or GED, being at least 21 years old, and having at least one year of experience in the field. To further protect the health and safety of those we serve, all staff are also required to pass a TB test before providing direct care. At Everyday Matters, LLC, we don’t just hire employees — we welcome people who want to be part of something meaningful. If you’re looking for a career where your compassion, dedication, and hard work are valued, and where you have the opportunity to make a real impact, we invite you to consider joining our team.
Our Core Services & Programs
-
Residential Housing Programs
Our Residential Housing Program provides residential support for individuals who wish to live in the community, offering 24-hour assistance in homes that accommodate up to three people. Trained staff help residents develop daily living skills and encourage community participation, all while promoting independence in a supportive, least-restrictive environment. Homes are located in traditional neighborhoods where each resident has a private bedroom they can personalize.
-
Day Training Program & Services
Our Day Training program helps individuals engage in meaningful daily routines within their communities. These services focus on skill development in areas such as daily living, self-advocacy, and social interaction, especially in non-employment settings. Each program is age-appropriate, culturally relevant, and personalized to support the individual's goals.
-
Personal Assistance Services
We offer personal assistance services that help individuals build community connections, with staff gradually reducing their involvement as the person gains independence and natural supports. This can include activities like attending church or community centers, where staff help individuals meet others and feel comfortable in new environments. Additionally, the organization provides respite services for families, giving caregivers a break while offering individuals opportunities for social interaction, leisure, and community participation.
-
Skill Development & Vocational Training
Our Skill Development and Vocational Training services are to help individuals build essential life skills and explore meaningful career paths. Through hands-on training and personalized support, participants gain the tools they need to pursue employment and greater independence. These services are designed to empower each individual based on their goals, strengths, and interests.
